Le Reve is an award winning project named as “Best Use of Technology” & “Best Luxury Development in the World – Gold Award” in 2006. It is a seven–star residential tower which comprises apartments of either a whole floor (approximately 13,000 square feet) or half a floor (6,500 square feet). A large number of the apartments were individually designed and finished to owner requirements. The contract value of the 46–storey project totaled AED 255 million.
