- Project Description

Plots 29 & 30, in joint venture with Besix Construct, can be described as the perspective point of a dynamic and passionate lifestyle offering direct avenues of access to all attractions of these most prestigious locations: boasting the Burj Khalifa, tallest tower in the world and Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world.

The property will offer a wide range of residential apartments for outright sale in the elegant two towers and luxurious podium.

The project comprises of:

  • Three Basements
  • Ground Floor
  • Four Podium Floors
  • 27 Residential Floors in Tower A
  • 19 Residential Floors in Tower B
  • Roof
  • External Fa├žade

Upon completion, the project will have a total of 31 storeys in Tower A and 26 storeys in Tower B and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, and Stewart (SRSS) as a residential development that contains 116 apartments in Podium, 281 apartments in Tower A, and 139 apartments in Tower B.

The combination of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, give customers a selection from which to satisfy their needs with unique architectural features that include a spacious lobby, underground and covered parking, security, gymnasium, landscape, and pool deck, mailbox for the apartments and customer service and property management.

The structural system for the two towers and the podium is high strength with a reinforced concrete core and a column-based superstructure with post-tensioned slabs to minimise the slab thickness and to provide spacious areas for the apartments
