The project comprises of two buildings, with two basement levels, a ground level, three podium levels and 45 floor office tower and 45 floor (five star) hotel tower. Twin Towers Project built up area is 168,214 square metres with a total height of 208 metres.

The works will include structural, civil, electro-mechanical and external works.

Arabtec Construction Co. W.L.L., which will handle the project, is a partnership between Arabtec Holding PJSC and Nasser Bin Khaled Al Thani & Sons Holding Company.
