Project Description

On its completion in 2003, this AED 165 million project took the title of the world’s tallest fully residential building. Executed by Arabtec with Al Rostamani Pegel, the development consists of a 55 storey, 269 metre tall skyscraper, located on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. The total built-up area of 86,000 square metres houses 400 apartments and six elevators with each apartment bedroom offering expansive views of either the Persian Gulf or futuristic Sheikh Zayed Road.
